Refund policy
Cancellations
You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped. To cancel your order mail us at anusha2jewels@gmail.com and we’ll consider your request and will refund your amount 2 to 3 business days. If the order has been shipped, we will not cancel the order.
Exchange
1. We provide all our customers with a 7-day exchange for all orders. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange.
2. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If the tags are removed it will be considered that the product is used and will not be accepted for exchange.
3. Customers can also exchange products by visiting any of our stores within 7 days. Locate our stores here. Product should be unused & tags have to be intact. Customers are requested to carry bill with them.
Products purchased during Annual March Sale:
Sale items can only be exchanged during the sale period. Once the sale period is over the products cannot be exchanged.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Reverse Pickup Request
1) To exchange your product, drop us an email at anusha2jewels@gmail.com requesting for a reverse pickup.
2) Reverse pick up service might not be available everywhere, in such cases, customers will have to send the product to the E-commerce department of Anusha Jewels to proceed with the exchange.
